At Profit with Precision, we are committed to delivering high-quality, compliance-driven trading education, tools, and mentorship. We strive to provide our users a fair and transparent refund experience while ensuring adherence to SEBI, NISM, and Indian consumer laws.
1. Free Webinar
Non-refundable: The webinar is free and no payment is collected, hence refund is not applicable.
2. 3-Day Bootcamp
Purpose: Introductory stock market training and orientation.
Refund Eligibility:
100% refund available if requested at least 24 hours before the bootcamp starts.
No refund will be provided once the bootcamp starts, irrespective of attendance.
Refund requests post the session start will not be entertained due to delivery of digital services.

Email us at support@profitwithprecision.com with your payment receipt and registered email.
3. 30-Day Masterclass
Structure:
Upfront Payment:
You may request a 40% refund within the first 21 days if you're unsatisfied.
Refunds will only be granted if the student:
Has completed at least 70% of the live sessions.
Submits genuine feedback and refund request before Day 22.
Post 3 Weeks Payment:
This is billed only if the student consents to continue after review.
Once paid, this amount is non-refundable, as it confirms satisfaction and access to advanced modules.
4. Pro Trader Mentorship Program and other courses:
High-touch, personalized program
Installment Option:
Refunds are only applicable before the first live session.
Once the program begins, no refund is offered as mentorship time, live trading simulations, and limited-seat access is initiated.
Non-transferable: Seat once allotted is non-transferable to another individual or batch.
Refund Denial Clause:
No refund shall be processed in cases of:Code of conduct violation
Use of abusive or disruptive behavior in community/groups
Breach of confidentiality or course-sharing
5. Algo Tool Subscription:
Future Subscription Plans:
Subscription once paid will be non-refundable unless:
The system fails to deliver promised features for over 7 consecutive trading days due to internal issues (not broker API/market-related disruptions).
In such a case, the unused portion of subscription will be prorated and refunded.
6. General Conditions
Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7-10 working days via the original payment method.
No Cash Refunds will be made under any circumstances.
